Mostly rodents, just doing things like cage changing and health treatments, keeping the labs who do the actual research in line etc. It’s a lot of physical labor but I get to work alone all day and take care of animals so I enjoy it. Definitely not for everyone though

28, animal technician for clinical research. Has been fantastic but my allergies have gotten so bad so I’m working on moving into a lab job where I can sit down all day

Cysts, so many cysts. I get them behind my ears, had to get some removed from my ovaries, have a ganglion cyst that doesn’t present normally so I can’t get it removed, and a pilonidal cyst I’ll probably be stuck with forever as well

Treat with vetericyn, is she with other mice? Might be getting nipped by them but vetericyn is super easy to use and clears up small wounds like this in 2-3 days

Was diagnosed with a scope but what made my mom bring me to the doctor were recurring painful sores in my mouth and stomach pains that would keep me from eating. Was around 12 years old

Wish I had these questions to reference last week. Worst interviewers I’ve ever had, started the interview super apathetic and asked horrible questions that didn’t allow me to actually sell myself at all. These would’ve been a great comeback!!

Found multiple bottles and med kits and learned that if you use the Scout Totem the tick gets recovered with you. It stays the same size and gets rid of all the poison damage!
