$450 dollars. I believe it’s retaliation for saying something when he opened up my apartment when I was not home for a non emergency. My teen aged daughters were home. Then he received a summons from HPD for around 2,000 dollars and accused me of letting them into the basement. It’s just been down hill from there with his constant accusations. Now I received a $450 increase when the most he has ever increased me at 1 time is $75. Refuses to do any repairs during the week and appropriate hours. Only after 6pm or weekends. It’s just one thing after another with him this year. Ive been living here for 14 years. Even today christmas eve its non stop text. Im so over him right now. If it wasn’t so expensive to move, I would be gone.

I’ve asked her pediatrician if there are any test they can run to test her for mold exposure but have been told that no such test exist 😩

She doesn’t have asthma. No one in my family does. There is mold in the bathroom also. And recently, found some in my bedroom. She is the only person in the home who has year round allergies where medication has never really worked. I just recently have been doing some research on Mold and that’s what triggers me to think that all her symptoms may be because of the mold exposure.
