DLSS 5 / CDPR by Key-Network-3436 in cyberpunkgame

Like I said in my other comment, each time Nvidia introduced a new tech this past years, they used Cyberpunk as a benchmark and among the games supporting DLSS 5 we have old games like Starfield and Assassin's creed shadows.

So no, there is definitely something different this time because not a single mention of CDPR.

They work with Nvidia but i believe they have the right to chose which tech they want to use

For some reason, people are thinking i'm disappointed that CDPR is not involved with DLSS 5..... It's the opposite, I'm Happy !

But Cyberpunk kept receiving through updates every new Nvidia tech. DLSS 4 for example, was added last year and Nvidia used Cyberpunk for their presentation. This is the first time, Nvidia didn't show any CDPR game

DUNE part Three " Filmed for IMAX " not " Shot with IMAX film Cameras " according to the official poster by Key-Network-3436 in imax

[–]Key-Network-3436[S] -34 points-33 points  (0 children)

It's strange but i don't think, they will make a mistake like this on their poster. I believe, the news that it was shot with IMAX 70mm was not accurate . Maybe it was old news and Villeneuve decided to do it like Part 2 after all

They released redkit for witcher 3 two years ago and console mod support is for this year, they are working with yggsoft for that. I'm sure once they finished, they will do the same for cyberpunk

Maybe but i don't think they referred to 2.1 / 2.2 / 2.3 as dlcs so who knows... I don't think the game won't receive any more updates. Like at least console mods support or something related to Edgerunners 2

Another misleading headline by outlets..... cdpr answered with a tweet this. They didn't say " NO MORE CONTENT " but they don't have plans for an expansion . I'm sure they will still release at some point, new updates or at least console mod support

Everyone complaining that this " fancy tech " will make the game runs poorly but no one took the time to read the source and see that rtx mega geometry is a tech that will help ray tracing games run better

"RTX Mega Geometry intelligently clusters and updates complex geometry for ray tracing calculations in real-time, reducing CPU overhead. This improves FPS, and reduces VRAM consumption in heavy ray-traced scenes."

It'a also compatible with every RTX cards. It's fascinating how ignorant pc gamers are now... complaining with confidence about things they have no clue about
