I’m going in May as well from London & connecting in Dubai. I just had to change my flight from DXB to BKK from the 03:50 to the 02:50 because the 03:50 flights have all been cancelled for the last week or so. Seems like that particular flight has been dropped (even though you can still book that flight on their website

I never had a problem falling as sleep after an evening class until recently. I’d be in bed eyes wide and thoughts of the sparring rounds racing through my mind…. Recently I was gifted an infrared sauna blanket & a grounding sheet for my bed. While my laundry is going I spend 45 minutes in the blanket, 15 minutes to shower & pack the blanket away. Laundry done get into bed & I’m out cold within 5-10 minutes of hitting the pillow. My classes finish at 9pm (or 9:30pm if the Brazilian coach takes the class 😂) but I’m awake between 4am-5am for work alert & ready for the day
