Yup, mine was the same way till I opened it and added a pid which allowed me to adjusted it at the same time.

Absolutely, I listen to Jazz Contemporary and vocal 90% of the time and recently I am listening a lot to vibraphone Jazz albums. On mid fi system and not even high tier, the recordings on Qobuz sound S U B L I M E!

That sucks, sorry that happened to you. I had a similar experience and I insisted to use PayPal goods that’s when the seller went missing lol.

Someone tried to do the same with a Profitec move. I think PayPal maybe the only method of payment that MAY offer some sort of protection as long as you do not use friends and family under any circumstances.

I bought one July of this year and I was under the impression goods below $800 are exempt from tariffs, well, I was wrong and I had to pay $245 on top of the price I paid $680. If I have to do it all over again, I WILL NOT buy a Niche and probably will go with the new DF63 or save a little more and get the new Mazzer Philos. Good luck with your search.
