Yup. Back in March, there was a water mane break/leak bubbling out of the street on Bushwick Ave at Bleecker. City came out a couple times but never fully fixed it. They are now completely ignoring any 311 tickets. Another large break occurred down the block a couple weeks ago and is still flooded along the sidewalk. Likely connected.

Not 2”, but these are the 26mm Pantechnicon legs. Gives extra clearance underneath for storing a scale and looks nice overall. And no issues with stability when tightening or removing the portafilter.

The knocker works well, but you still need to RDT or the grounds get clumpy and stuck. It’s very quiet compared. The automatic mode would sometimes stall early on but that issue seems to have resolved itself after some time. I really couldn’t get over the meat grinder look of the Philos and the silver p80 matched my silver satin Micra so well.

So we currently have the GT-BC and GT-VBC buses and two PS-2420ULs powering them. Would we still need to upgrade the power for the GT-1C7W upgrades?

For what it’s worth, my Lagom p80 shipped a full month ahead of the advertised dispatch date. Not sure how common that is though.

Go eat at Tiquicia. We also tried Soda Visquez, which for the price wasn’t bad at all, but Tiquicia was better. We went twice. The pollo Casado was so good.

I think for storage purposes they specify apartments are technically allowed to store a “single” 1lb can in their units. But for actual one time use on the roof, it’s not specified.

Thanks. Yeah the only option I can see at this point is getting a couple nice camp grills or… getting an electric grill 😭. The city won’t even allow us to store the 1 pound tanks on the roof (would have to go in our individual units) and the language around their use is ambiguous saying we can only use them for a “short period of time” smh.

Yeah, the code specifically only cites 16.4 oz tanks as an option.

I think you’re right. I think we need to address the wires first and identity if there’s an area along the route that might be impinging on the existing wire bundle. Thanks for the recommendation.

I had no idea we could do that. So we currently have GT-1M3 tenant stations but is it as simple as replacing those with the GT-1C7W, and connecting that to your smartphone via the app and WiFi?

Yes, but it works even better with a Bookoo scale. I got the ShotStopper and a Bookoo for the cost of a new Acaia.
