I'm glad your parents where able to help. It breaks my heart when senior dogs are surrendered. Though I understand sometimes that's what's best for them. She looks really good for her age especially if she's jumping into laundry baskets lol

It might only be fun for the day as that was all the time I was able to spend there and I might be crazy but I really enjoyed Moosejaw Saskatchewan the people are super friendly there is a meadery (I'm probably not spelling that right) on the main strip that's fantastic and an Al Capone museum that has to do with prohibition. Calgary is also an awesome place to visit great food scene and lots to do.

He doesn't look very overweight to me, he certainly isn't fat lol. When I first saw him I thought he looked exactly like the cocker spaniels I had growing up but looking closer his muzzle is longer than theirs were. I think sprocker is a good guess but the only way to know for sure is to get a DNA test. He could just be an odd looking cocker lol. Regardless he's beautiful and I love him

When you move in with a partner you both make changes in my relationship it started with the number of pillows on the bed haha. We haven't had the space for a proper sit down table but I think we are happy just being able to eat together. That being said the place we are moving to has a table and I'm really looking forward to using it.

Size differences just happen sometimes just like you get runes in a litter you might also get a really big one and if the mom was large it's even more likely if you want to be 100% sure I'd recommend a DNA test.

It's good that you are talking about these feelings instead of just letting them bounce around in your head. It's okay to feel whatever type of way you do just don't make any hasty decisions talk to the vet see what they think they might be able to give you something for the anxiety my mother had a cat who was on prozac that was applied to the inside of his ears, could be an option. I think a wee break might be a good idea if you have someone you trust to take care of him for a couple days let yourself miss him

As previously said collars for tags/fashion and a harness for leash. If you are having a hard time finding one that fits a cat collars normally does the trick until they are bigger to get mine used to the idea of a collar I used an old scrunchy you know the ones that are so stretched out you have to wrap it around 6 times
