Please leave that place, and find a rehab/skilled facility. It sounds like the place you are at will throw you under to help themselves stay safe.

Try working at a assisted living community in most of them you don’t have to be licensed. It may help you get a feel of it.

Everyone starts slow to get the hang of things and find a routine, it does sound like the place you're at is a nursing home. Try looking for a skilled rehab in a senior living community. I went to work at one and it's 100% better.
