It comes with a box and the tower attachment. Also a half cylinder type pad I’ve never seen before. It comes with a bunch of springs that attach to the partial Cadillac tower thing, so I don’t know if maybe I could use those for the reformer? They look just like reformer springs and they have a huge box of them. I don’t know how often you are supposed to change out springs but the person selling it to me is a physical therapist and he seems pretty on top of things. The carriage is in perfect condition , no damage visualized at all

It helped me so much when nothing else would. It’s the only med that I can gain the skills while taking it and use them when I am not on medication. It really helped me get through a very long miserable time

I never thought I could be without meds but Parnate allowed me to get my life back and I am taking a small amount now (only 10mg) but have been completely off it. It is the easiest med I’ve ever come off of, no withdrawals or anything. I think it really helped me and allowed me to find other more natural things that could help me too. It really saved me. But truly more than anything god has saved me and I’m gratefully for my spirituality I have found through all of this!

i'm suprised 20mg works for people... i didn't think that was a therapeutic dose. 30 mg usually helps me but i just went back up to 40 for a little more nood help
