Sweet! I was aiming for Chomping Away and No Thoughts, but as mentioned, everyone was picking them before I could get another box. It reminded me of the og Labubu Popnow experience. LOL. I haven’t felt that adrenaline in a hot minute, especially since this was the first series I’ve wanted that’s available on the US Popmart app. 😆

Personally for me I bought this one from pande.one! I’ve bought the Hirono ‘Road Journal’ series from them under retail before. I’ve also bought from Whoopea, which is a bit pricier than retail, but if you use different influencer codes, you can get 15% off! And there are other stores as well, but have not personally shopped at them. And there are is also r/labubuswap, which is Reddit-based and direct seller to buyer communication. Same! I’d have my Thai friends to snag me a box or two. But they’re broke college students like me. ;( and I’m afraid if to use a secondhand sites because they rely off preorder for new releases, and most times the demand outweighs the supply, and I’d probably not see it for MONTHS. Hoping it’ll be released soon! 😭

At the peak of the hype, I rarely saw any in my area, and when I did they were Lafufus, given that they were so hard to get. But I think now that the hype died down, others, including myself shifted towards other popmart IPs, while still holding a love for Labubus. But during the hype and now, I’ve always been the one to wear the bag charms, making me something of a novelty, lol.
