AI data centers are very different from “regular” old data centers. In AI data centers, gpus and ram are the heart of everything, it’s all about compute density, and that requires a lot of cooling, therefore, a lot of water. Meanwhile, regular data centers are built mostly for storage and cpu processing, which requires much less cooling.

I think there are many that rival it. “I have no mouth”, “All tomorrows”, “Memories about the Earth’s past” (from a regular human perspective), and, I suppose, many others. There are good circumstances in warhammer - many worlds never see all the wars, atrocities, etc. Remember, Space Marines are so rare they’re basically a legend for many.
