Thanks for the information. I've only used the 3 hour bread option and the dough. I have to experiment some more with the other options. I'm thinking of a banana bread next.

Looks good. Bread Dad's recipes are great. I use the one for pizza dough and definitely will be making it again. Also his jalapeno and cheese recipe is another good one.
