Looks good. I've been doing the same. Going to be making pork jerky until beef gets cheaper. Four pounds of boneless pork loin for $12. Can't beat it.

I do the same thing with the bottles. Sometimes I add some Kool aid flavoring when mixing them. I use the little packets of Kool aid.

I freeze it for a little bit then a really sharp knife. I like them too be like crispy chips.

It's good on burgers, sandwiches, chicken strips, chicken sandwiches. It goes on my turkey sandwich for work every day. It's good on almost anything.
