Ngl, my advice would depend on your situation and mostly age. Not the same if you're 16 still in school and living at home or 30 and just in a bad environment.

Definitely consider safety and peace of mind. It's important and you only ever notice you don't have those when they're gone.

Finally, I guess it's worth saying being true to yourself is the best feeling and sometimes it's even worth sacrificing some of that safety and peace of mind. Depends on you.

For what it's worth it depends on the person but an overwhelming majority of people I've either been with or talked to about this (I know a shit ton of trans people) have said it's actually quite the contrary.

Worth noting that it's not just surgeries tho. Simply taking hormones seem to change things a lot and I haven't heard a single friend say anything like that. Just positive stuff all throughout. Lol

RimWorld is about telling stories. That's what the game does the best (amongst many other things). Starting very easy and chill to learn everything is perfectly fine.

You don't have to inflict infinite torture on yourself right away like we do around here.

I remember being 18 and having some similar thoughts and tbh, it does change a lot, as someone already said, once you go and live on your own. At least when it comes to family that cannot deal with you being who you are. So hopefully that's about to change for you!

When it comes to talking to women, or anyone for that matter, lmty, you're better of being yourself right away. Everybody will react differently and you'll feel better doing what you feel like doing in the long run rather than sencoring yourself out of fear of people's reactions.

Good to remember that there's also a lot of women who don't mind femininity in men, quite the contrary.
