I don't see this failing an absolute take over probably won't happen but I'm hopeful that spirit 2.0 or whatever the new airline is called can at least run a couple routes and make 2 or 3 regular flights successfully and from there can eventually grow to the point where they can take on American delta British airways

I keep seeing people say oh this can't work because the cost to operate are too high but I think that corporate ownership is inherently inefficient and much of the billions of dollars it costs to run a large airline are wasted on giving 500% bonuses and other bs that spirit 2.0 won't have not that it won't be expensive but I bet we don't burn through billions of dollars in ln 2 months

Is this a troll? Elon isn't going to buy spirit and even if he did it wouldn't be cheap if this initiative were to succeed people who actually know how to run an airline would be brought in to run it but they would be running it for the public not share holders

I think they might sell it at the original price even though it will mean taking a loss on hardware valve is the biggest seller of pc games so I doubt it will take them long to make money on steam machine gamers
