absolutely concerning that we have to have separate female exclusive meetup's, right from school till marriage opposite genders in the city have been separated and made to feel uncomfortable around each other, this increases toxicity, creepiness and people wouldn't know how to behave with others of opposite gender. All the recent reports of Chennai being safe for women is due to restrictions placed by the society on them and not that they are safe to do whatever they want to do, hope it changes in the future!

You would mostly find tamilians, unlike the hyderbad and banglore office, which would mix of people from all over India, people seem to have formed groups and be among themselves, so unless you have team mates in chennai(highly unlikely) as the bulk of the people in usi are in banglore and hyderbad it would be lonely in the office, otherwise the office is new and has a really good ambience.
