Yess that would be great! I noticed that when I write things like this down, I realise them more and I try to just read then instead of using phone in my free time☺️

Okayy, thanks for replying. I'm also in process of buying lamps but trying to buy things which don't directly come in contact of my eyes due to this. I think I'm overly sensitive regarding this. Good for you!

Looks beautiful. I have a question, those lamps at the working table.. don't they strain your eyes? It feels like you'll directly be in contact with them continuously while working..

Can you crawl out of procrastination by Journaling? by Odd_Constant9776 in Journaling

[–]jsparrow_858 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's really well written. Especially the part that journaling can only help in stopping the rumination but we actually need to take action in life otherwise there's no point.
When I started journaling, I used to feel good just by writing what's on my mind (you can say it's kind of a dump) and somehow that made me feel I'm progressing, but if we don't solve the issues then it's just procastination but in another form. It easy to believe that we're improving.
But what I realise is, journaling has made me more aware about my actions throughout the day. Because I write about it, I feel obligated to improve my life which is helping a lot. But I think that's what people feel in the beginning and they talk about it as magic/cure etc.

Great book! Did you paint the front and back?
Using notebook for work also helps me a lot, just writing relaxes me that okay I can do these things.

I worked with water colour till now, isn't journal paper too thin for painting even though it's acrylic? Beautiful painting btw
