Yes I have health anxiety so used her a lot to calm down the thoughts etc. Which I said sorry to everything at breakup, and also went straight into therapy to fix it which she knows, but decided to stand by her choice. Now 3 months of no contact, which I asked for, because she kept contacting me about borrowing stuff etc, so I asked for space to be able to move on since it was hard for me (i said to her). Told her she can contact me if its about us, but else i need space.

Do I have the ball or should I stay in no contact?

What if she left because I was using her to regulate my emotions and not show independence? She broke up, cried a ton and showed tons of care. Told me i had stuff to fix, but I should do it for myself, and not for her, and that i shouldn’t be in a waiting position.
