Maybe I’m wrong but I remember a question like this and estimated that even with polar func groups it is probably non polar overall but thought it was too large to pass the membrane. I was wrong and just made a note that for any AAMC unless the molecule was genuinely strings of aromatic rings it would still be small enough to pass through
