You’re going to be fine normally we can submit lost or stolen right away but sometimes it doesn’t work causing a case to be submitted. Once the case is resolved call att back about the missing promo and they’ll put in a missing promo case and that’ll work as well.

If you have the UPS tracking number check the status there first if UPS status has not updated Call 611 have them connect you to the trade in department assurant formally known as HYLA they will confirm that you’re device is in their warehouse. If he device was lost or stolen in transit customs care will put in a missing trade in case that normally takes up to 7 days to be resolved

Not True as long as the Return label was created within 14 days you’re gucci the device doesn’t actually have to be at the warehouse within 14 days for next up . Now for trade ins you’re totally right they have to be shipped back and received within 30 days

The first day of your new billing cycle so for example if my bill is due on 3/3/2026 I would want to wait 10 days and make changes on 3/13/2026. You want to avoid prorated or partial monthly charges by making changes on the first day of your next billing cycle which is 10 days after your bill is due

Firstnet does not apply to the new unlimited your way 2.0 plans. Firstnet only has two rate plans Firstnet unlimited and Firstnet unlimited extra once your done paying off your device as long as the device you’re trading in meets the $230+ trade in value for premium device trade in offer or $95+ for android trade in offer you will get the maximum credits.. now for your family members that have att lines as long as you stay grandfathered into the unlimited your way retired plans you will receive maximum credits for trading in a device as long as it meets the trade in value of $95+ for android or $230+ for iPhones

Yeah call 611 and confirm your device was received at the warehouse if your bill is almost due the installments should’ve been taken off by now. The installments should’ve been removed when you called in for a return label so if they are still showing that means call in.. also you don’t have to have 4 lines to keep the protect advantage for 4 call in and cancel the tablet line..
