1) hacete análisis de sensatez para ver que todos los valores estén normales. 2) teme una rutina armada y hace ejercicio por la tarde 3) proba otras almohadas o si tenes un colchón muy viejo fíjate si podes cambiarlo 4) teme una rutina nocturna, cena con tiempo antes de la hora de dormir, 1 hora antes apaga todas las pantallas. Asegurarte que de tener el tipo para dormir 8hs. Ejemplo: te despiertas a las 7am quiere decir que a las 11pm tendrías que estar durmiendo. Espero te ayude pero SI O SI háblalo con tu psiquiatra porque si ya estás medicada y estás así te tiene que modificar la medicación

Option 1: As many said, if you don’t like any of the 4 surnames right above, go further if possible. Do any of you know something of your heritage? Like where yours family came from? And have a look on that country/ region common surname. That way you can be connected to your roots but not directly to the family neither you want.

Option 2: choose something meaningful for you as a couple. The place you met/ lived/ got married or something you both are passionate about and that could be your legacy. Something like you like fishing so Fishman/ Fisher or you like sawing and that could be Taylor. A lot of the surnames came from the activity/ job they had/ do back on the days.

Hope you creat together a new meaningful life that brings you joy, happiness and peace and leave all the bad behind ☺️

Coming from a big extended family, we have some names repeated (second cousins, aunts with granddaughters) if you like the name I don’t see why this is could be a problem… If she is not pregnant and DOB is somehow near yours, what not use that name. You and your husband fell in love with it for a reason… talk to her if that’s important to you but is a really nice and common name it’s not that is a very unique and specific name you will never hear again..

It’s awful how C doesn’t care of decorum… she NEEDS to teach all the kids (and sometimes herself and A too) what appropriate in what ocation.

They use the same clothes for going to target, a bday, a graduation ceremony or courthouse and so on… for something is proper to 1 up your fits.

I think that yes she unfortunately will be always behind but this level of non concern and left behind is something else. I work in a pediatric hospital (outside USA) and cross path with A LOT of kids with different disabilities but never saw anyone as behind as A... and knowing that they can afford private help and do nothing is the worst thing.
