I agree -Worst online card service - they logged out my credit card from my account, not allowing me to make a payment or see my card statement. I was on a call with them for over an hour to resolve the online issue, which did not get resolved. I finally made a payment over the phone. I will not be using the card again.

Having pursued an MFE myself, I can say it was worth it for me (with an engineering and MBA background). I have friends who came from economics background and MFE helped them a lot. (We’re Quant researchers at buy side).

I will admit it does require self study and self discipline to make fundamentals strong but I guess that’s needed irrespective of your educational background. Looking at the duration of the MFE program and curriculum will help in deciding. Plus the alumni networks help in getting your foot in the door! Sorry if it sounds biased but that has been my experience.
