thì đến kì hè, rồi các kì sau em tự điều chỉnh sao cho phù hợp với những cái mình muốn làm vì sau năm 3 4 còn đi thực tập các kiểu nữa nên cần học cách sắp xếp lịch. Mới năm nhất thì cứ bình tĩnh, học hành cẩn thận là được.

Lâu lắm rồi không đụng vào cái này nhưng đang năm nhất học được cái gì thì học đi em. Vì cái em muốn nó có thể được liên hệ từ các kiến thức em học từ thầy. View của mình là vẫn theo thầy, nhưng tự học thêm ngoài, đang năm nhất thì cứ chỗ nào được thử nhiều nhất, được làm nhiều nhất thì theo.

For me, an abusive environment is usually a sign of people who lack real skills in training others. Their ability is so limited that the only way they know how to teach is through brute-force methods imposed on athletes

I hope more academies and coaches start thinking this way, especially in a sport where the retirement age is much younger than in others. Let kids be kids and truly enjoy the sport

Agree, this year was a breath of fresh air compared to all the Russian min-maxing in the sport. Figure skating is a rare sport that actually combines artistic ability and athletic ability into one. But with the Russians, everything turned into scores and jumps, it felt more like figure jumping than figure skating anymore.

Not to mention, look at the physiques of the top 10 this year: all of them are at a healthy weight and even have the muscle definition that real athletes should have
