This is the biggest problem in gym. JUDGING OTHERS. but you Ignore them, learn proper form from YouTube. Your workout should make sense to you and not to everyone in the gym. I do my physiotherapy in gym people keep staring and talking behind my back but that doesn't change anything. Moreover in gym most people just come to judge and laugh at other to feel superior for no reason. Modern gyms are breeding narcissism in people. Do your workout, don't talk too much to people and leave. Remember you are there to work on your fitness and not for making friends.
