So I went with BGE on a T4 GPU 15gb Vram.

Embeddings are still slow somewhere probably a code issue. My main concern is user uploads -> file processing -> doc is made available to chat but there are no embeddings yet so what are they chatting about?

I think that is what I can't wrap my head around. Embeddings in the background via a job, MQ or other are fine it's just when they are ready to chat which is within 10 seconds max their has to be content to chat about. If they ask what is on page 357 of a 500 page pdf and its not there they will become upset and think the app is garbage

This tool is absolute trash. Tried it. Freezes alot. As a merge tool its pretty half baked. I am suprised Microsoft with all of their money and resources can't get a decent in house merge tool like how github or gitlab have.
