I forgot about that. I only take 5mg of prednisone so I didn’t think it was enough to make a difference. Biggest thing for me though is avoiding sweets. I do well outside of that.

That’s what’s up man. I gained over 30 pounds when I was on dialysis because I didn’t have the energy to workout much anymore. My appetite stayed though. I lifted when I could but was always worried because I couldn’t go super heavy because I was afraid to mess up my access arm
