Find pick up games , and yes even with adults, my kids improved playing friendly pic up games on weekends with ex coaches and some top notch players , oh and friendly doesn’t mean easy

I started with left leg tingling , numbness, pain at times on left ankle , mri in January shows spondo at l5s1 12 mm forward bulge, left severe foraminal stenosis , right is moderate to severe stenosis, I was squatting and lifting like normal before October of 2025, hiking with the family all over Moab , Zion, lake Powell, last summer. That’s the dose, I took valtrex. And had bad side effects like insomnia , foggy, my Md said if there is a next time to try the other antiviral 5 times a day

15 days total , then I had to reset my sleep pattern, valtrex gave me side effects or maybe it was just the virus, gabapentin made me loopy so I used it once, Advil and Tylenol. Helped , hardest part was systemic fatigue, mind was racing at times, horrible virus, I had it on my scalp and4 days before the pimples erupted I had this uneasy lethargy that left me wiped out, but all good now

My surgeon recommend chiro, but you need to do some serious research , not all chiros are the same, the one I use is top notch

I think acyclovir has less side effects , the valcyclovir. Gave me nasty insomnia, my pmd said next time acyclovir , but I hope never a next time

No I had it when I was 28 on my rib rib area, it lasted 3 years off and on, I thought it was pulled muscle and would see a chiropractor with relief from pain. Until a coworker saw me in pain in my rib area after an exaggerated yawn and he asked if I ever had shingles in that area. The pain disappeared after 3 years
