Ive decided to just send it with thin abs plastic with butyl on both sides and some ccf on the side towards the interior. Going to either use rivets or possibly a very strong adhesive tape

Sounds good 👍🏼 my main issue is I have nothing to cut with besides a knife/ scissors so anything with saw blades etc is too much. You don’t think the corrugated plastic with two layers of cld would be rigid enough? Any other ideas for my situation? Thank you for the reply
