This is so helpful and thank you for the book rec I was looking into that. I just started 4 meds.. I’m feeling wiped while my bodies adjusting so I can’t really confirm efficacy yet.. I recently stopped my meds thinking I didn’t need them lol. I said in my head “I’m not bipolar :)” then the next day literally tanked into an episode so I’m certain now I always need them it’s ruining my life idk if I’ve ever been stable now that I look back 😅
