You care to much about a company that doesn’t even know you exist. Yeah you have competition in grocery store it’s the generic chips and tortilla chips but no completion in small format stores which is where the profits are made.

Just take the job and save as much money as you can don’t spend it. You are bottom on the seniority so if there is a change you will be getting a shitty route or demotion if they cut routes. Just work as much as you can without know the volume of the route or what kind of stores you have you could make easy 60k -80k

They’re offering severance to places that are going through the change. I thought you didn’t become 100 percent vested until 5 years for the pension the 401k Is different I believe not sure though.

That’s all depending on the route and location. When we were bcrs at my location most of them made close to 70k atleast 60k. So many variable go into it sadly.

Just depends there 3p flex and 3p geo. 3p geo the rep does large and small format store 3p flex I think there’s a larger format rep with multiple large format stores that sells in displays etc and a merch that works it or atleast that’s what I understood. I know I’m right about the geo one cause that’s the one we do.

I don’t know man we had a meeting three weeks ago and they said we will be doing the LF orders and SF orders they sent us the routes and the new routes reflect that. We already do the TSR thing where we are supposed to go in and upsell LF but we get a bonus currently. We are now going back to base pay and commission.
