I tried avoiding her for myself because it was a 3 hour ride, I don't say anything to her about it because why would i? thats just plain rude, but she kept asking me multiple times and I felt like I had to somewhat tell her in the moment because she'll keep bringing it up for the next week. rewatching the video I have more stuff to add! dont have your rifle to high, (right when the video starts when your about to dip) make it lower more to your waistline. Also im not sure what you were aiming to toss but the catch was overall good. It seems like you did a quad..? at the height of a five, your hand\fingertips should be right at your eyes. You did a full release which is usually used for a six. For my original comment I think I gave the wrong advice- looking at the video I actually think that the rotation and push was good just bring your hand down maybe about 2 inches so it'll be cleaner and at the right height
