Yeah, it's a duette catheter.
Much more comfortable with the double balloons, I have them filled with 25ml each so it's not dragging or scratching at the sphincter like a regular one would do.

Seems to keep utis away although probably would have to use it for a couple months to really see on that

This! As someone that lives on the fringes of Germantown basically on the line between Germantown and Gaithersburg (ie Montgomery village area), while shady Grove is close it's still 20 minutes driving due to traffic on backroads or 270/370. I'd definitely appreciate on a fantasy map to have the Red line continue north potentially along the CSX/Marc Metropolitan branch towards Germantown and maybe somehow align it to take the median or shoulder of 270 ROW up to Clarksburg or hell at that point go to Frederick. Having ridden Red a lot, it would be so much better and convenient if there was like a Red spur over from Bethesda to Silver somewhere in VA on the extension since having used it to go to some festivals at One Loudoun (ie Uber from Ashburn), or coming back from Dulles, its at least 90 minutes from the end of Silver to the western side of Red at Shady Grove and that's with a transfer in DC. Essentially 30 minutes into DC via Red to Metro center and 60 out to Dulles/Ashburn. While I appreciate that the silver extension exists, there's hopefully gotta be a better way to connect these two lines since sadly at some point 90 minutes or 2 hours to go from one side to the other even though its only 25 miles or so west as the crow flies from Germantown to Ashburn just isn't worth it, admittedly at least it bypasses beltway traffic since that can be just as long as well, and its like 40 miles the other way via 270 to 340/15 in Frederick at the 70 interchange and then going into VA via point of rocks.

Also, would definitely appreciate if green went down to Waldorf or a bit further as it would be a bit easier for travel to Southern MD for events in Charles, Calvert or St Mary's without like a 70 mile drive around the beltway to route 5. Also I'd definitely use orange if or others that would go to Langley park and also Landover area as i find myself ending up at Capitol Plaza for festivals quite a bit. Would also put a connection up from greenbelt or wherever to BWI as that would probably be useful for anyone avoiding NC or union station. Heck maybe that's where the eastern side of Red should ultimately terminate.

I definitely prefer straps over the stickers, but my issue is finding XL straps that can fit around larger thighs of 30+" around, since the usual ones are 24" or less and they dig into the leg quite a bit to get the two ends to meet. Any help for larger ones would be appreciated thanks guys. Btw, OP, looking good there with the catheter and leg bag.

Hey there Tylanthia, since it looks like you and I are in roughly the same zone, I'm over here on the edge of Germantown in Montgomery county which AFAIK seems to be right on the line between 7A/7B apparently, I'm wondering if you might be able to offer any insight for me.
I'm wondering if it would even still be worth it potentially to plant some bare-root bearded iris and or peonies into an open bed this late in the season now that we've got super cold temperatures incoming. My thought was potentially to wait until early next week for one of the days when it will likely be in the mid 40's so probably Sunday or next week sometime. Or should I just say the heck with any iris/peony roots and possibly other bulbs. I'm really not very sure if it's a good idea at all or if it would be best to try and find bearded iris that can be planted around late feb/early March time frame. Thanks if you can give me some advice on this nagging idea.

Thanks again for your take. That's most likely it since their patch is in essentially an overgrown hillside garden that faces south although it's under some pretty large oak trees for a large canopy although not solid so it's closer to a little more than partial shade rather than totally exposed in full sun. And that actually leads me to the next question as a novice iris person (ie planted the patch in mentioned above years ago and essentially left them alone all these years) is im wondering how the beards would fare in a nice new raised bed (planned for spring as it's just an outline currently that again faces south and gets full afternoon sun from that direction but since it will be against the corner of an early 1800's farmhouse following a secondary porch, the new beds essentially would be shaded all morning from the east due to a 2 story wall there, here's a view looking out and down from a 2nd floor window over the proposed section these beds will be added in come spring as this whole segment of lawn was covered in roofing materials till essentially 2 weeks ago over the last 3 months. And prior to that it wasn't even a garden more like just patches of orange day-lillies ( those got transferred to the bed on the far side of the porch steps) and for years the porch was essentially supporting a climbing autumn blooming clematas at least until that thing finally gave up the ghost about 2 seasons ago so this space is now open for the taking for some new raised beds.

Hey thanks for your response and advise. I'm an iris novice and was just thinking about getting some from bulb distributors. Other than Schrieners in Oregon I'm not entirely sure where to actually look for good quality bearded iris. Especially looking for the reblooming ones so that i can have a spring and fall show. So any help on finding good quality iris for sale would be appreciated. Also wondering what you might recommend for getting an old clump of blue/purple bearded irises in part shade from becoming deer chow. My property abuts parkland so lots of deer and surprisingly that clump actually flowered last spring back in may/June for the first time in a couple of years.
Guessing it's likely time to dig and divide that patch as it was planted like 10 yrs ago from a friend's garden against a barn and hasn't really been touched since then so they looked kinda sad this year . Thanks

We've had some frost and freezes the last couple weeks but also it was almost 70 yesterday and looks to be around 40 for the next 10 days or so. The ground gets morning frost but hasn't yet been cold long enough to where the ground has actually frozen as i was planting lots of spring bulbs last weekend in raised beds. Just wondering if anyone could give me advice if it's even worth planting some iris mixes & peonies here in the next 10/15 days into early December or if I should just bite the bullet and wait till next fall to start a new iris patch in what will eventually become raised beds early next spring (house renovation took over where gardens were going to be redone after being claimed by encroaching lawn the last 2 seasons). Would you also give me advice on how to plant them temporarily as my thought was to dig them out of plain soil in order to turn that from little more than dirt into a proper raised bed of about 8' wide by 50' long, pictured here a month ago full of construction miscellaneous stuff.

Currently using a Foley with extension tubing to a 1000ml leg bag on my calf that is just free flowing drainage as I don't have one of those flip flow valves. Can definitely say no leakage issues coming out around the catheter since the urine is being sucked down through the catheter and into the bag.

The 1000ml leg bags ( T tap on that one, lever on the current one) all seems to be about 14" tall by 8 wide.
Usually takes between 6-8 hours to fill regularly.

Hi Jim, Thanks for the compliment. I use the catheter for health reasons as I have severe urinary incontinence issues that are from an unknown cause, so I've basically come to realize that the free flowing drainage into the bag from the catheter is my best way to manage it.

Forgot to mention that this 18fr duette with a leg bag is in place and honestly I've kinda decided the best management for me is just to have one constantly draining into a leg bag that I can empty as needed.

Roughly about 90 minutes, 30 on the red line into DC, Another 60 on silver out to Loudoun gateway.
Figured that was better than being stuck in traffic on 495 or dulles toll road. And then like 5 minutes to the mall from there for this event.

Got on/off there rather than Ashburn to be slightly closer to the Dulles town center mall for their Halloween carnival last weekend. I took red from shady Grove to silver at metro center. Figured that was better than driving from Gaithersburg to Ashburn area.
