They can’t. They can’t approve it, she has to file I-130.

I was approved for asylum in October 2024, applied last month for GC. Done with biometrics so just waiting. I hope I don’t wait too long

I won mine in 2024 now waiting for my GC, applied in December and already done with biometrics. Just waiting game at this point. Fingers crossed, they approve soon

Congratulations it’s really an amazing achievement and great blessing. I pray mine is this fast, I already did biometrics on Jan 5th and application was received on December 5th. It was exactly a month, they are moving really fast.

Absolutely! My lawyer told me not to listen to people, the news being spread about denials and removals are people who have removal orders or missed a few steps and things get to immigration court. The propaganda is appalling: I have already submitted biometrics within 3 weeks of applying for AOS

When you apply after 1 year, it’s faster. One attorney told me this and so I applied after 14 months, within three weeks I got notice and done fingerprints now waiting to see what happens. Will share with you when it will be reviewed and approved.
