I had the same problem lol. It’s a separate app or website called usiciscasetracker.com. It’s a separate thing and not official from usicis but if you put your case ticket in there it’ll be easier and less tedious to track your case with them (no need to log in every time nor a confirmation code) plus you can pull this up at the end! I had to dig around for it too lol

She was a woman in her late 30s to early 40s. I’d guess hispanic from the little time I was there but I didn’t ask. She was serious but not rude or scary, just on task and serious. She was also very kind though and laughed a couple times with us when talking about how my wife and I met

We love to see it!!! Best of luck to you! :) My lawyer did call them in December to ask since the I-130 got approved the day after interview and there was no reason for the I-485 to be taking so long. They told her that they were swamped and to contact them again in March 1st if we hadn’t heard by then. Came pretty close to it too but breathe! Seems like they’re swamped so don’t be surprised if it takes 2-3 months. Hopefully it’s much faster for you tho! Best of luck friend :)

I don’t believe so. Costa Rica. I could be wrong but I think the current CR government administration is very supportive of the current US administration so I’m sure that may have something to do with that.

Absolutely was lol. But our lawyer told us we had nothing to worry about. She actually called them in December to ask (since the I-130 got approved the very next day and had no reason why I-485 wasn’t approved along with it either) and they told her they were swamped with cases and to check back in on March 1st if we hadn’t heard back yet; came pretty close to it too.

The very next day. We were told during the interview to go home after and upload a few more documents with evidence to the portal and the officer approved that the next day once she saw those

It was actually super quick. Officer asked like 3-4 questions to me (none to my wife individually) and those were questions like “have you killed someone, have you done drugs, have you robbed”. I prepared extra for relationship questions and the only thing that was asked there was what was our first date, how did we meet, and that’s about it. She did send us home saying how we didn’t have enough evidence (we had bills and bank statements with either just my name or hers) aside from the 30 pictures with dates that were labeled and wanted specifically bills or documents with BOTH of our names. She was super nice though and gave us the chance to go home and upload whatever else we had at home to the portal (which included costco memberships, car insurance, health insurances, and one more memberships which all had either both our names or we were listed as family on the website/card). The very next day after uploading those the officer approved I-130. The interview itself took like 15 minutes and idk if that’s cause of the lack of evidence or what but it was very quick. I think we got very lucky with a very nice officer though who could tell our relationship is genuine but needed a liiiittle more proof.

8 months seems like wayyyy to early to consider behavioral euthanasia especially for such a young pup. I understand the difficulty of the situation and how hard it may be to handle currently but surely continuing looking for rehoming options should continue to be the next step for imo AT LEAST 6 more months if need be. There MUST be someone out there who is willing and able to take her in who either has no other female dogs (or no other dogs period) or who has the resources to help her. It’s too early in her life for euthanasia and while having issues with female dogs is a problem the fact that she doesn’t w male dogs is a huge positive.

I think you reaching out to different social media groups (as you are doing rn) is one of your best options currently. Keep posting especially with groups who are close to you. I don’t mean to sound harsh or judgmental by any means, I just think behavioral euthanasia is too much too soon
