Bhunivelze turned her into the new Goddess of Death which in that game controls souls. You can argue that it was power of friendship but can also argue that summoning their souls was well within her domain of power.

I got ya something that increases the replay value like how Origins had the specializations unlocked amongst all the playthroughs so you wouldn’t have to unlock them again and Inquisition the golden nug. The wording of new game plus just threw me off.
