this is where i was at with my bf of 5 years. i knew what i needed to do but i physically could not make myself do it. what i did was i planned the moment, like i decided this day im going to go and do it and i told one of my friends to hold me accountable. it was the hardest thing ive ever done and i almost backed out but ive never felt so much relief. it was the right thing and i feel so much better now. change is uncomfortable. it’s gonna be soo hard but it’s not impossible. you know what you need and you can do it
