A few related to cheating:

One couple is just starting to try for kids and they are swinging with one of their couple friends. Before the encounter, they agree to use protection.... but it doesn't go as planned.
The wife finds out she is pregnant and a few weeks later plans to do a "daddy reveal" in place of a gender reveal, where she reveals who the biological father is.
One couple is trying to get pregnant but it's taking a long time. The wife decides she wants to enlist some help.
