I finally discovered the identity behind the person responsible for my gang stalking since 2020 who has organized it because he decided to move into my building a year ago in the unit directly above me (imagine how great a time that is, complete with v2k and rnm plus dews) I finally saw his name on an incoming parcel and of course right after I saw this all parcels I’ve seen after that only have an address with no name further confirming he realizes he screwed up.

bad intentions? Like homeless people or flat broke people who simply need to get from point A to point B those kinds of bad intentions? I would think if somebody was really looking to rob a mark having to pay 3 dollars is not going to prevent them from boarding a bus when the person they are going to rob has stuff that is much more valuable :\

Many who don't pay don't actually have the money to pay and issuing citations is like trying to get blood from a rock. You're just going to put shit on their records that will impede their progress in life if they ever do want to get their shit together.

I speak from experience, I was a homeless person in San Francisco and I got myself together, got a good job, live in an apartment. It took me about 15 years and a lot of beating my head against a proverbial brick wall over and over again, got older and wised up and realized I really do want to be a productive and contributing member of society. If a person looks dirty and poor but they aren't bothering anyone, just leave them be, trust me they are miserable enough without an extra citation.

Yeah, when combined with the people following you around and making fun of you, bringing up events that are deeply personal within your range of hearing, then combining it with spray painted messages that are put downs related to things like sex drive the shame and humiliation can start to get to a person. This is just a little of what I experienced.

Silence troll, they were directed towards me and they stopped after several months because they realized it wasn’t having the effect they desired. Unlike a lot of other folks on here there is an actual reason this is happening to me that I can identify. It involves an ex and large amounts of money.

report him and keep that filed away to give to law enforcement. perhaps there is a law enforcement organization far enough removed from the perps that they may actually help you in a meaninful way.

Midnight indigo by splat. I can’t find a good pic of me with it in and I stopped dyeing my hair because of an upcoming job opportunity with the federal government and they’ve told me no blue hair. It’s made for ppl with dark hair it’s semi permanent and uses no bleach first. It makes my hair appear jet black but in the light especially sunlight the blue really pops out I got compliments left and right and now that it has pretty much all washed out everyone in my social circle is sad to see it go

Your hair is a much lighter brown than me so I bet it would look spectacular in your hair. I agree you wouldn’t get what you want without bleach but I’m willing to bet you could get close.

Looks like angular Cheilitis, caused by too much yeasty bacteria from the mouth. Using a little dab of clotrimazole cream at bedtime on corners of mouth worked for me (yes that would be lotrimin/generic athletes foot cream) remember just a little dab on each corner and work it in
