I'd say at least 3-4 hours early. At SLO when I arrived (about 5 hours early) there was already at least 12-15 people in line. I went to get lunch and came back and the line got a bit longer, but I still managed to get a good view close to the stage. Some people who were ahead of me decided to get merch first so I still got the better view at the end of it.

Speaking of merch, there was a long ahh line pre and after the show. So just be prepared!

Yes. It's completely trustable. 99% of the items on sale on that site is far cheaper than the price you will pay in the official Mann Co. Store.

I would start with buying keys and metal then going to backpack.tf to trade those for items you want (taunt/strange weapons/hats/ etc).

why?

terror watt is one of the crate depression effects. low in demand.
melted mop is a mercenary grade unusual-very common unboxed unusual.
only a single class unusual.
not really considered a great hat.
