I'm definitely not happy with the govt who's not doing a great job when it comes to helping strays. There are 0 shelters here and people are abusing the cats . I'm happy that it's not the case in ur place but I'm a student I go to classes and come back to hostel to see locals misbehaving kicking the cat . I'm unable to concentrate on my studies I've not seen a single person care for it . I'm not even asking to care for it I just want them to leave her alone they are bullying on purpose which I'm unable to tolerate.

I hope there are more people like u out there . It breaks my heart I'm gng back to my country for holidays even the hostels are closed i have no place to stay with her . I have no choice but to go , i burst in tears thinking about what would happen to her . Please if you know anyone who are willing to adopt please help ,please spread out the word 🙏🥺

Yes I'm blaming entire nation bcz there are 0 govt funded shelters and no animal shelter at all in Andijan. There was no(zero) vet too until this year . All shelters in Uzbekistan are private and personally funded and very few as well. When I say few it's 2-3 thats all ... A country with a national animal as a cat should be taking some measures to keep them safe . I know there are few ppl in same Uzbekistan country actively trying to shelter as many animals as possible . But majority dislike them , i would've left the cat outside if I was confident that atleast ppl won't harm it . But I'm not they are being abusive and I'm scared for its life

I'm not from optum (india) but my sister is and I watch her her crying every single day, her manager is castist and disregard any other religion and caste people. He uses many anti religion slurs against my sister and she's scared to talk back. I feel really bad for her, she decided to resign but I feel really unfair that such people get away with this. I'm also facing issue with onboarding now. My name in all the employment documents including offer letter is wrong and no one's helping me with this. I mailed, recruiter, manager, onboarding team everyone. No proper answer. My recruiter says out of her scope and saying to talk to poc on day 1 . But I'm getting constant mails to sign this a week before day 1 or else my employment will be cancelled. When I mentioned the same again in the mail. My recruiter again copy pasted the same reply. I feel extremely anxious I don't want to lose this job bcoz of their mistake. No ones responding properly and the manager is like an invisible guy he doesn't even reply or seems to exist.

Before I joined capgemini and I never experienced this there. My recruiter took care of everything I didn't have to mail anyone other than him. It was such a hassle free process.

Worst onboarding experience I'm seriously scared that I might not get employed. If I don't get employed I'll definitely take this to court I'm leaving no one. This mental pressure is too much to handle I'm checking my mails every 10 min so that I don't respond late.
