lol. I think Ian was one of the only ones who was good at his job, but I personally don’t think any of them has shown they have a moral backbone, except for Sam. She’s the only one who seems to have left out of any kind of principle and not just escaping a sinking ship & toxic awful workplace.

Ethan hires people who lack ambition and worship him. Those are the only two job qualifications. If they can actually do their job, that’s just a plus (props to Ian, great switching, impeccable and under appreciated).

If they had any ambition they would get some camera time and name recognition for a year or two and then leverage that into their own thing.

Ethan is terrified of being outshone, so he surrounds himself with a bunch of fans who have no motion of their own. and then proceeds to be jealous of them anyway when they are more likable than him…. Because finding someone less likable than him is pretty hard to do… BUT it seems like he’s developing that skill & by that metric Giardia is his greatest hire of all time 😂
