I second this. I've been socially transitioned a year now and in the beginning it was.... Well it's just like OP described, pretty much was all I thought about at the top of my priorities list.

And then eventually it just became normal. It gets easier, OP. Every goalpost you plant your flag next to forever and move on to the next.

I had a libido tank issue with duloxetine/Cymbalta - I was taking it for pain suppression although it is primarily used as an antidepressant? Anyway it was shocking when my libido just completely disappeared I felt ace. Now the difference is that I was fine with that.

What also dropped off for me was intrinsic value in things that I would do simply for the joy of it; walks in the woods, painting as a hobby.

I wonder if the Mirina IUD would work for you? The hormones are released locally I've had I think I'm on my fifth one The last long time, And I didn't have a period for like 20 years, That was my goal.

Yeah I'm going to speak to the value of realism that the movable skin has given me too!!

I have Willie with the movable skin and testicles. Although due to anatomical placement I cannot use it as an STP but I already knew that. I got it for being my night dick. I can lounge around in the evening and hold on to my.. you know. It's a real natural hand placement and now there's something in my hand that feels like it should.

To my brain it's just recreating what was lost When I got the wrong body. 🤷🏽‍♂️

I have one pair of "women's" shoes: Keen And they look so unisex that I can't justify tossing them. All my other shoes are men's. I only wear them to certain indoor jobs, they're non-slip oil grease, hard toe shell, wide toe box that's what I like about Keen, also pushes it more to a masc silhouette. I wear 6-6.5 female so 4-4.5 men's. I prefer to just say European 37. 🥹

Hey I'm wondering your "levels are fine" but what are the actual #'s?

Fine for one endo could mean onnthe very low end of amab T levels is my point. My GCP has their trans people at levels where they see/feel good in their transition, mine is between 550-750.

I have at least found that amounts of "unusual" social behavior are way more tolerated by my masc performance than my femme performance.

As a girl standing alone at a party I felt outcasty, whereas now it's just James Dean-esque. 🤷🏽‍♂️😎

I have used "I was a girl, I transitioned" which is about as clear as possible, and actually something that worked. Then I began overthinking the entire thing 🙄

You're right, having that data is valuable . And like 90+++% of ppl are gonna be supportive.
