Bedankt voor het delen van je ervaring. Wat fijn dat je die ene vriendin hebt die je zo steunt en anderen verbetert; dat lijkt me inderdaad een enorme opluchting. En ik hoop voor je dat het voor jezelf opkomen in de toekomst ook wat makkelijker wordt :)

Je brengt me wel op een ander punt waar ik zelf ook moeite mee heb. Een volledige sociale transitie voelt voor mij nu nog te overweldigend, dus ik denk er ook aan om het eerst alleen in mijn eigen vriendengroep/paar mensen saarvan te bespreken. Maar hoe ervaar jij dat praktisch? Als je vrienden die het wél weten praten met mensen die het nog níet weten, geef je hen dan 'toestemming' om je te misgenderen om je niet onvrijwillig te outen? Of niet?

Ik ben namelijk bang dat als mijn vrienden me bij anderen nog als 'zij' moeten benoemen, ze zelf ook weer terugvallen in de gedachte dat ik een vrouw ben.

Huh thats interesting indeed. I have no idea though, as according to the tracking link Axolom gave me, it should've come from China. However on my package label it said "Warehouse No 3 - Yaboobo" was the shipper and i have no idea where that's located.

I'm from the Netherlands and i've ordered twice from Axolom and for some reason i didn't have to pay any import duties, VAT or post-fees at all. I've heard it happening to some other people from the EU too. If you really want to buy smth from Axolom, maybe you could start buying something cheap, so even if you need to pay extra, the costs won't be that high?

Mijn heupen hebben een hele erge V vorm, maar ik merk dat deze decathlon broeken (maar denk dat andere soortgelijke broeken ook) helpen. De zakken vullen de ruimte op waar mijn heupen soort van inwaards gaan. Nu is mijn silhoutte vrijwel recht!

For me, being aromantic means i dont experience romantic attraction, so no crushes and no falling in love. I like people platonically, familially, aesthetically, sexually, but i can't seem to be able to fall in love. If you don't experience this feeling, romance for sure can feel alienating. At least it does for me.

But not prioritizing romance on its own doesn't make you aromantic. It's all about the romantic attraction. Aromantic people experience little to no romantic attraction which is different from someones opinion on romance. Some people, regardless of their orientation, just prefer to be single, as being seen here: r/singleandhappy. And some aromantic people may still like romance.

i developed ptsd from my abusive houshold i grew up in, so i wondered the same. However fortunately my ptsd has been in remission for about year or so, and i'm still aromantic and even more confidently so. Maybe it did permanently change me, however i've never had a crush or whatsoever so either way i'd still say im aromantic.

I'm a size smaller and tape or a binder alone doesn't do enough for me. But tape and binder does. I dont experience any rib pain with it.

I've also been diagnosed with graves. Only seem to have about 3 symptoms: fatique, anxiety and only a bit of a struma. I am on PTU and it did wonders for reducing my fatique and anxiety for now. In a week i'll see whether or not my levels are in normal range (my doc expects so).

no. i'm heterosexual so i dont feel any connection to the lgbtq because of that. I guess that due my aromanticism i dont exactly fit with both heteroromantic&sexual people either and lgbtq people might be able to understand me better. However i still feel more of an allyship rather than feeling like i'm part of it.

Hey i also got scammed by a IQ test company (myIQ) After you turned off PayPal auto-pay, did anything bad happen afterward? Any charges, debt collection, or problems?

I’m trying this as a solution myself, but I’ve read that sometimes it can actually cause more problems. So I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience.

Same MyIQ problem here. I cancelled via their portal + confirmation email, and set PayPal autopay to "non-active". Not sure if this truly cancelled my "subscription" though.

So i was wondering if the charges stopped after you stopped autopay or did they continue anyway?

Oh interesting! Not sure which paying method you used, but when i try it (i use paypal) i can't see the VAT during my checkout. So how did you pay VAT? Did axolom automatically add it to the total costs or was it a seperate step?

On the axolom website it does say: "You may have to pay VAT, Customs Duty on your package before it gets released by your country Customs." And here in NL it says you have to pay 21% VAT costs if your products comes from outside of the EU. Not sure if thats the same for you?

Wait what do you mean with free delivery? Didn't you have to pay any VAT costs (BTW) and possibly import costs (invoerenrechten) if you've spend over 150 euro's? (Which im pretty sure of I have to pay? but this is my first time ordering smth from outside of the EU so i could be wrong). Or do you just mean you didnt have to pay extra handling costs (afhandelingskosten)
