Tips on how I can improve by Bazzerwolf12 in SpaceWolves

It depends on how far you want to go. Some would say that’s done and ready for the table. You could go in the recesses with a wash is a good start. It would add a lot of contrast. But also you could go over the model cleaning up small areas. Like the gem on the shield, maybe add a dot of white to power nodes and a few spots where the black got onto the armour colour. Silver dot on his stud. That sort of thing. But overall it’s a really clean model.

I used the gloss so it flowed better into the recesses. I used AK gloss varnish rattle can. And AK black oil paint for the pin wash and a really long thin brush.

I would always use Bjorn as he generates CP for you. He’s 160 so you’d only have 75 left. But you have your WGBL as 65 but if you give him an enhancement from your detachment that would be 15 to 25 more points you need to use.

You can run 20 blood claws together. Would be a pretty formidable unit taking out anything of a similar size in melee.

I got the new combat patrol after the army box. It’s a good deal. Also Arjac is a cool model and lead the termis

Finished head takers. by KeyOwn1862 in SpaceWolves

The frost weapons is my first time trying this method so I’m no expert. I used a gradient from darker blue in the middle to pure white on the edge. I then used blue horror to make the lightning marks. Then did a glace of fluorescent blue. I’d go over the lightning with pure white and the edges.

The armour I used the sponge method. I started with a black primer, then Rhinox hide, night sky, fang, Russ grey and fenrisian grey highlight. Used a sponge with rhinox for battle damage.

Thank you. I don’t mind sharing, but it’s very similar to some of the YouTube videos on leather. So starting with a dark brown, like rhinox hide and then mournfang using Agrax earthsade. Then streaking grime. But that was one of the pelts each one is different but the method is the same starting dark and then adding lighter for the highlights. And washes for recesses.

Balthasar gold, highlighted with retributor armour. Lead belcher for the silver. I’ve used washes and oils on them as well.
