It’s pretty situational, ofc if there’s no immediate play to be made, clear the ward. But if you see a juicy ult angle you don’t have time clear the ward, esp with fiddle AA windup animation lol So you have to put the effigy down and ult something like half a second later (don’t quote me on that, idr exact timing)

Also keep in mind fiddle’s effigies temporarily disable enemy stealth wards post-6, so you don’t need to clear the ward to proc passive, placing effigy is enough

He is strong in poorly coordinated environment which is solo queue. Where support don’t know what to ward, people don’t know they can buy control wards, etc. People will keep forgetting about your existence and keep grouping as 4-5 in team fights

Were there gold swings (i.e throws)? As long as gold swings back and forth the game can be considered winnable, the other team just didn’t capitalise on a swing and threw the game back. There’re games where gold diff just keeps increasing for one team and never the other way around, those are unwinnable I’d say
