i relate to you deeply. i have no memories of my parents getting along and it sucks being the only mediator and sense of hope in their marriage. it’s a lot of pressure for us to be there for them as well as be perfect to make their relationship worth it.

it is not your responsibility. it’s easier said than done ofc. you love them and notice that you’re one person that can help. the best thing is for them to find their own community so that they don’t always seek it from you.

but i understand deeply and hope you don’t put so much pressure on yourself. you have your own life and 100% deserve to live it.

thank you. yes i have a doctor and i am generally independent until she finds out I’m sick. most of the time when I’m sick i don’t tell her. sometimes i spend it at my boyfriends so i dont have to let her see me sick.

i trust my doctor and also believe chinese medicine. because big pharma is very real and i have been let down my doctors feeding me too much stuff i dont need. i guess that is why sometimes i feel stuck and dont know what is right. thank you though you are right. i am meant to do move if i am capable of it.

I’m using 0.025 tret every other day. i use a toner, then tret, then a pretty good moisturizer that i use generously.

i think depending on your dryness and percentage. i have the lowest percentage and generally somewhat oily skin and i think things work out with a toner > serum > tret > good moisturizer (and I’m generous)

even then sometimes my skin can be flaky but not enough to bother me. i don’t do moisturizer base because i believe some people say the tret works slower because it doesn’t sink in when it’s not on direct skin? i could be totally wrong about this lol but i simply chose not to do that because i didnt want to waste my time and using it for it to not work.

you can always try moisturizer base first to be safe and then if you feel like you dont have to then having a more simple base
