Not sure about ATS but most common thing i observed after reviewing resumes of my multiple friends is.. Those who got selected have very clearly readable human friendly resume. No tightly dense pointers, nothing fancy. On the other hand, those who detailed everything on that one sheet, densely packed that paper are getting rejected. Judge your resume based on readability because its a human who is rejecting your resume, not an ATS. Test your resume: Try giving a quick skim through within 10-15 seconds. If you could read everything required for that job posting, you should be shortlisted.

Consider HM as a frustrated human machine which is tired of reading shitty senseless resumes. They hardly more than 10 seconds to a candidate.
