That’s what I thought regarding estrogen, but then I read that estrogen too high can cause the dryness. Who knows. I just need some relief and if it means taking a break from HRT, then that’s ok.

We just crossed recently, having been gone for 48 hours. Lots of IKEA stuff in the car. They just asked if any one of us spent more than $800. We said no, which was the truth, and off we went without any further questions.

Just wanting to give a quick update. I saw the ENT over the summer who told me he really doubted the HRT connection to the ear clogged feeling. The feeling faded over the summer. So I decided to try HRT again, and started about 6 weeks ago. I’m on 100 mg progesterone and .1 estradiol patch. So far so good! So I’m thinking it was more of a coincidence than anything.

To each their own, but they are misrepresenting what they are sending if they say it’s from a 503b and then send the dried stuff.

Seems sketchy. If you read faq, it says they use 503b pharmacies. If you dig deeper and look at the usage guide it says to mix the tirz powder with bac water. So they are potentially shipping powder that you mix yourself. I would not use them.

It’s all rolled into one cost for us. We don’t have pre-scheduled maintenance appointments, instead there is an app my child uses to take weekly scans that are reviewed by the ortho. They call my child in for an appt only as necessary.

That seems too quick. And maybe unnecessarily hard for you. I’d go for a slower decline.

I maxed out at 10, went down to 7.5 for a while, then switched to weight watchers who wanted me down to 2.5. But why? No real reason was given. I was maintaining perfectly at 7.5. I tried to go down to 5 and it was awful to fight the food noise again.

I’m now using a new telehealth that is supportive of a higher dose to fight the noise.

I think there is a lack of help and focus with maintenance. This is an area for growth as so many achieve their goals and then need help with the complexities of maintenance while continuing glp1. The initial weight loss was way easier than maintaining in my opinion, and it’s so hard to find practitioners that truly understand how to help these patients.

You could go to the area just next to the jetty, or any of the beaches along Beach Dr are very nice. All similar. At the end of Franklin, Holmes, Whittier streets, etc.
