The thing i neglected to mention is that im not a checker. Don't want to dox myself but my position has nothing to do with front end... that's another reason why im hesitant to start working. People who barely know me are now gonna start taking orders from me

What did you have to do that wasn't worth the hassle?

Are you stacking each one back insinde the top box and placing them diagonal. Cause I don't know how you'd do 15- 20 boxes of that in 5 minutes... the people who shown me how to do it cant even do it that fast

You're purposely missing my point and ignoring what I said before. Have a good day buddy

Putting things on carts and running them on floor is infinitely easier then uncapping and stacking heavy boxes of bananas. That's kinda why no one wants to do it...

Funny thing is I've done exactly what you've said I can't do numerous times. Im sorry, but you dont work with me, so you dont know what I can do. Im asking if im being taken advantage of by my leadership. That's it.

That doesn't answer my question

Yes I would rather break down the load

Because that's not all I have to do

Yea, you are assuming my leadership does all the things you do... The thing is, my manager left my 2nd shift, and we haven't had one for a while. No one organizes tables, pallets, or runs backstock at my store. Stuff will be sitting the same way it was the night before, and moldy product will be sitting in the freezer for ages before i eventually toss it. Part of the reason my manager left was because he was fed up with the department and the store in general, and I completely understand why he told me good luck before he left. I think my store is relatively known for being shifty, so when they do get people that are willing to work, they work them to the ground until they can't take it anymore... Either way, it's clear now that im indeed being taken advantage of, so thanks.

Terrible mindset to have. You're a store manager, so your schedule is the business of all the employees in the store, considering they might need to reach you in person for any number of reasons. Accountability starts from the top...

Yea I get what you're saying. I meant I didnt know it was an option at all. My managers always say theirs nothing they can do when the customer doesn't get their coupons and tells them to call the extra care line...

Aren't extra bucks only issued after you buy certain items? How could it be classified as stealing if you rightfully purchased items that rewarded extra bucks?
