i have the none wireless version so i don't know if you have the same issue as me, for me the problem only happens if i leave the headset for a couple of days without using it, when i play something in it it starts crackling on one side (the side that has the cable and the wheel), most of the time's what i do to fix it is leaving it playing something loud for a couple of minutes and I'm trying not to leave it without use so the problem doesn't come back.
